Fitness and weight training is important at any age. As we do age, the importance of building and maintaining muscle increases exponentially to improve bone density, posture, mobility, metabolism, tone, and increase our quality and longevity of life. I believe in creating sustainable and long term change, and this includes supporting you to learn to train independently, and building active lifestyle habits.
Food Relationship Therapy
Food Relationship Therapy provides you with the tools, confidence and capability to manage your relationship with food. These psychology based sessions are structured to bring about long term sustainable healthy body and mind changes. Understanding your relationship with food, your body, and your current challenges is complex and multi-faceted. This is why the sessions use structured assessment and planning, provide training in the appropriate tools, and are designed with ongoing guidance and support in mind. 5-10 sessions are recommended, depending on the level of support needed. Our goal is long term results and behaviour change, a healthier, happier and better equipped version of you. We take a non-diet approach to weight management- no fad diets or 12 week challenges.
