About Me - Sarah Chapman

I have a Masters in Psychology from The University of Melbourne, along with Personal Training and Dance qualifications.   After transitioning from corporate psychology to the fitness industry, my interests now focus specifically on the psychology underpinning health, fitness and weight management behaviour, including our relationship with our bodies and food.

 

I started the Healthy Body Collective to empower clients to achieve sustainable health goals.  Providing a program of personal training with therapy and tools for improving mental fitness, has been shown to achieve greater, long term health benefits through lifestyle behaviour change.

I love the health and fitness industry, I have been in this field for over 12 years. Education and experience has shown it is fundamental to work on both the body and mind for the best possible health outcomes. I work with the individual to understand their training, fitness and weight management history, and their current health and fitness goals. Together we plan and execute the best approach. My aim is to equip clients with the skills and confidence to maintain optimal  physical and mental health in regards to their fitness, their bodies, and their relationship with food.
